Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Juicer

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components to ensure a full refund.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
